FRANKFORT, Ky. ‘ The Kentucky Economic Development Finance Authority (KEDFA) awarded two high-tech Kentucky companies, Louisville Bioscience, Inc., and Laboratory and BioDiagnostics, LLC, (LabDx), state funding.
